Child Psychiatrist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Child Psychiatrist to lead our outpatient clinic as a Medical Director. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and contributing to the growth and development of our team.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the clinical operations of the outpatient clinic, including staff supervision, patient flow, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction, engagement, and outcomes.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to children and adolescents with mental health needs.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, including data analysis, process improvement, and policy development.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Board Certified/Eligible in Psychiatry with a focus on Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a pediatric mental health setting.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform decision-making.
