Job Responsibilities
  • Establish strong customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
  • Work closely with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Requirements
  • Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm for the role that insurance and financial products play in helping people manage risk and achieve their goals.
  • Have strong organizational and self-motivation skills.
  • Be detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment and make presentations to potential customers.
