Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Epic Instructional Designer to join our team at UNC Health Care. As a key member of our Instructional Design team, you will be responsible for creating engaging and effective training programs for our healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and design training programs to meet the needs of our users, including EMR system training and process change implementation.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, including online courseware and assessments.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop solutions.
  • Conduct training sessions and provide user support.
  • Manage project tasks and ensure timely completion of training programs.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
