Job Title: Lead Restoration Technician

Job Summary:

Aerotek is seeking a skilled and dedicated Lead Restoration Technician to lead and execute mitigation efforts for water, fire, and smoke damage in residential and commercial properties. As a key member of our team, you will assess damage, develop comprehensive mitigation plans, and supervise a team of technicians to ensure efficient and high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess damage and develop mitigation plans to restore properties to their pre-loss condition
• Supervise and train a team of technicians to ensure they deliver high-quality work
• Operate and maintain specialized equipment, including dehumidifiers, air movers, water extractors, and cleaning tools
• Coordinate with project managers, insurance adjusters, and clients to ensure smooth project progression
• Document all work performed, including detailed reports and photographs, for insurance and client records
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies
