About the Role:

We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance operations team at Crescent Place Apartments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multifamily maintenance leadership and be able to oversee day-to-day maintenance and repair operations.

In this role, you will lead and support maintenance technicians and vendors, schedule and complete preventative maintenance tasks, maintain accurate records and control inventory, and respond to after-hours emergencies (rotating on-call).

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day maintenance and repair operations
- Manage service requests and make-readies with quick turnarounds
- Lead and support maintenance techs and vendors
- Schedule and complete preventative maintenance tasks
- Maintain accurate records and control inventory
- Respond to after-hours emergencies (rotating on-call)

Requirements:
- 2+ years in multifamily maintenance leadership
- Strong skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, etc.
- Working knowledge of Fair Housing, OSHA, and EPA regulations
- Ability to lead a team and manage vendors
- Work outdoors, and use power tools
