Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Satisfaction: Collaborate with physician leadership to maintain a patient-centered environment, ensuring timely access to care and excellent patient outcomes.
  • Health Outcomes: Establish and implement procedures for delivering high-quality patient care, monitoring quality standards, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and payer guidelines.
  • Funding Our Future: Oversee the financial success of our practice, actively monitoring budget, physician productivity, and fiscal operations.
  • Physician Engagement/Operations: Assist in creating a physician-friendly work environment, managing resources to meet productivity standards, and optimizing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Human Resources Administration/Associate Engagement: Manage daily human resource functions, ensuring the continued quality, development, and retention of our associates.
  • Growth: Facilitate and drive initiatives that enhance practice growth and retention of existing patients.
  • Miscellaneous: Perform additional job-related duties as directed by the Director and/or VP.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of management experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to supervise professional and non-professional associates.
  • Thorough understanding of components of practice management, including billing, collection, insurance, performance standards, physician concerns, quality assurance, personnel selection, and budgetary planning.
Working Conditions
  • Travel to multiple practice sites required.
  • 7-day on-call support required.
  • Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends, to meet the needs of the site.
