Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at a school in Mt. Holly, NJ. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in speech therapy and experience working with students of various ages and abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and diagnoses of speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address each patient's unique needs.
  • Educate patients and their families about speech disorders, their causes, and effective management techniques.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
  • Provide direct therapy to students in individual or group settings.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of patient conditions, treatment plans, therapy sessions, and progress.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for student support.
  • Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in speech-language pathology.
  • Supervise and provide guidance to speech therapy assistants as needed.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology.
  • Full accreditation (CCC) is preferred.
  • At least one year of experience in a speech-language pathology setting.
