About the Role: Harrison Consulting Solutions is seeking a seasoned Transportation Group Leader to join their team in Houston. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring design staff, collaborating with clients, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to civil engineering project design and development
  • Lead, mentor, and train engineering design staff to achieve excellence
  • Foster strong relationships with clients through regular communication and issue resolution
  • Support marketing efforts and attend industry events to build brand awareness
  • Promote business development by preparing proposals and participating in project interviews

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • 15+ years of experience in transportation, structural, stormwater, or general civil projects
  • Professional Engineer (PE) License
  • Ability to analyze and interpret technical procedures, government regulations, and business periodicals
  • Strong writing skills for reports, business correspondence, and proposals
  • Team player with excellent communication and presentation skills

Compensation: The salary for this role is commensurate with experience, with an estimated range of $120,000 - $180,000 annually.
