Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Hearing Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our audiology team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive hearing evaluations, hearing aid selection and fitting, and ongoing support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Client Care
- Perform comprehensive hearing evaluations to assess clients' hearing needs
- Select and fit hearing aids to meet clients' specific requirements
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance to ensure clients' hearing aids function optimally
- Client Education
- Educate clients on the benefits and features of hearing aids
- Provide guidance on hearing aid maintenance and troubleshooting
- Team Collaboration
- Work closely with our audiology team to ensure seamless client care
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest hearing care technologies and techniques
- Active state license in Audiology and/or hearing aid dispensing
- 1-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Ability to pay close attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
- Basic or advanced written communication skills
- Experience interacting with customers/clients
- Ability to communicate detailed or technical information clearly, accurately and concisely
- Ability to work quickly, accurately and independently in a fast-paced environment
