Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement energy-efficient solutions to reduce costs and minimize environmental impact.
  • Manage and maintain electrical systems, including high-voltage equipment, switchgear, transformers, and substations.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of electrical systems to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and manage budgets for electrical maintenance and capital projects.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and environmental regulations.
  • Provide training and guidance to maintenance personnel on electrical systems and safety procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze energy consumption and develop strategies to reduce energy costs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of electrical materials and services.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in electrical facilities management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including high-voltage equipment and switchgear.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and other electrical design software.
