Your expertise will be instrumental in developing short-term treatment plans, facilitating skills workshops, and coordinating care with campus resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct intakes and bio-psycho-social assessments with students
  • Provide evidence-based clinical mental health therapy, adhering to the America Counseling Association (ACA) code of ethics
  • Develop and update treatment plans in a regular cadence
  • Facilitate skills workshops and therapeutic process groups for the student campus community
  • Complete clinical documentation in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
  • Assist with campus and community outreach to promote visibility of counseling resources
  • Engage in cross-collaborative clinical case conferences and professional development activities
Requirements
  • Master's degree from an accredited school of professional counseling or related field
  • Active, unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the State of Illinois or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Minimum of 2 years post-grad work experience and experience facilitating psychoeducation, process, and/or support groups
  • Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team and respond dynamically to student and operational needs
