Abbott Laboratories, a leading global healthcare company, is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products.
Key Responsibilities- Investigate and analyze customer complaints and product quality issues to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Research and Development, Manufacturing, and Marketing, to ensure quality and safety are integrated into all aspects of product development and production.
- Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and training materials.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems, including ISO 13485 and FDA regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
