Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and analyze customer complaints and product quality issues to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Research and Development, Manufacturing, and Marketing, to ensure quality and safety are integrated into all aspects of product development and production.
  • Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and training materials.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems, including ISO 13485 and FDA regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
