Salary
Part-time agents can earn approximately $30,000-$60,000+ in the first year, while full-time agents can earn around $80,000-$190,000+. Experienced agency owners can generate passive income of $200,000-$500,000+ per year.

Job Description
As an insurance agent or broker with the Mitchell Agency, your primary responsibilities will include researching and finding the best products from our 40+ A-rated carriers to protect new and existing clients, contacting potential clients to set up consultations, and staying in touch with carriers and clients until they are protected.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess previous experience in sales or customer service, be deadline-oriented, coachable, self-accountable, and self-motivated. You should also be willing to continuously develop yourself and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
