Sunny Days, a leading provider of autism services, is seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Therapist to join our team. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in Bucks, Delaware, and Montgomery County.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify individualized treatment plans
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans to promote positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors
- Supervise and train Behavior Technicians to ensure high-quality services
- Collaborate with caregivers to educate them on strategies to support their child's behavior
- Monitor progress and make data-driven decisions to adjust treatment plans as needed
Requirements
- PA Behavior Specialist License
- BCBA Designation
- At least one year's experience serving the ASD population
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with the Autism population
- Proven leadership skills
