We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN or LVN to provide high-quality care to pediatric patients in their homes. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
About the Role- Deliver skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals, and develop effective care plans to address them.
- Valid RN or LVN license to practice in the state of Texas.
- Current CPR certification.
- Experience working with pediatric patients is preferred, but not required.
- A competitive hourly rate.
- Up to 80 hours of PTO per year.
- Flexible scheduling to meet the needs of our patients and your personal schedule.
