Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional service to members and guests by providing top-tier treatments Create and recommend progressive treatment plans tailored to the client's skincare objectives Engage in hands-on training along with workshops and webinars Meet sales targets as specified by spa management Ensure an outstanding experience for members/guests through a friendly and accommodating demeanor Attract new clients by promoting member referrals and memberships Assist in maintaining the professionalism and cleanliness of treatment rooms and communal areas
Qualifications:
Proven retail and in-room upgrade performance Must possess liability insurance Comprehensive knowledge of all spa services and product lines relevant to Estheticians
