Role Overview:

  • Responsible for processing daily cash transactions.
  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial records.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and submit accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and use tax filings.
  • Possess a solid understanding of GAAP principles.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team, managing multiple tasks while remaining organized.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel functions.
