Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Product Specialist to join our team at Hiester Automotive. As a Product Specialist, you will be responsible for providing a world-class product presentation and delivery experience to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and listen to customers to determine their vehicle needs
* Provide options and explain the features of vehicles before and after purchase
* Complete vehicle sale paperwork with accuracy
* Research available vehicles, features, and relevant products
* Translate their benefits to customers
* Perform the Hiester Automotive Sales Process with each guest
* Follow up with prospective customers and maintain a follow-up system
Requirements:
* Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
* College degree (2-year or 4-year)
* Professional appearance
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organizational skills
* Ability to work both individually and in a team environment
* Strong computer and phone skills
* Valid and active driver's license
