National Security Sector Technological Leader

We are seeking a talented individual to lead the establishment and implementation of technical standards for software development across our National Security Sector.
This role requires collaboration with Office of Technology (OOT) and Sector leaders to drive technological innovation and excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining software development processes, technology stacks, and metrics that align with sector goals.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain software development standards, processes, and metrics.
- Collaborate with OOT and Sector leaders to advance technological capabilities and drive business growth.
- Establish best practices and lessons learned for software development across the Sector.
- Define and implement software development roadmaps to establish Leidos as a provider of choice for mission software.
Requirements:
- Master's degree or Ph.D. in a Science, Engineering, or Technology field. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of academic credentials.
- Able to obtain a security clearance for a position of trust within the US government.
- Recent experience within the National Security domain (Intelligence Community, Homeland Security, or Department of Defense) with an understanding of those missions and operating environments.
- Experience supporting or leading proposal activities for National Security customers.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact at multiple levels of the organization from program teams to Sector leadership.
