Key Responsibilities
  • Provide on-the-job care and support to our clients, utilizing evidence-based clinical practices to evaluate, treat, and prevent injuries.
  • Evaluate injury risks using wearable technology and computer vision to identify potential hazards and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Schedule preventative and early symptom intervention appointments to address work-related and non-work-related aches and pains.
  • Offer general rehabilitation services for non-work-related injuries, working closely with our clients to develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with our Safety Professionals and Ergonomists to develop innovative programs and initiatives aimed at improving overall worker health and well-being.
  • Use data analytics to assess injuries and devise and implement necessary changes to our services and programs.
Requirements
  • BOC Certification is required.
  • CPR Certification is preferred.
