CRSI is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Part-Time LPN to join our team on the Third Shift. As a Union position, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of adults with developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct routine assessments to ensure the highest level of care and support.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by attending physicians.
  • Provide treatment for illnesses and injuries, prioritizing the well-being and safety of our clients.
  • Communicate effectively with physicians, request and receive orders, and transcribe as required.
  • Participate in Admission and Discharge planning to ensure a smooth transition for our clients.
Requirements
  • Current LPN or RN License
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Valid Insurance
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
