As a member of our team, you will have access to well-equipped procedure rooms and 6 OR Suites with experienced staff. Block scheduling is available, and Spanish-speaking skills are a plus. Compensation and Benefits

Our starting salary is $50,000 to $60,000 more compared to starting Urology salaries in El Paso, TX. With a cost of living 20% lower than the aforementioned metropolitan areas, you will have significant purchasing power to build your dream home, pay off school loans, and retire early.
