About the Role:

  • Operate cash registers and manage transactions efficiently, ensuring accurate prices and handling payments in various forms
  • Welcome customers warmly and assist them during their visit, providing top-notch customer service
  • Balance the cash register at the end of the shift and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Upsell and cross-sell products when opportunities arise, driving sales and revenue growth
  • Resolve customer complaints and process returns/refunds in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements:
