Fixed Wing Pilot

We are seeking a licensed fixed wing pilot to join our team at Sanford Health. As a Fixed Wing Pilot, you will be responsible for flying fixed wing flight missions requested by Sanford. You will be required to comply with applicable Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations and demonstrate skills and experience as a pilot.

• Conduct safe and efficient flight operations from initial dispatch until termination of the flight.
• Comply with company Operations Manual, Federal Aviation Regulations, Operations Specifications, Aircraft Flight Manual, and other requirements pertinent to specific flights.
• Work effectively with team members to achieve flight objectives.
• Utilize critical thinking skills to problem solve and respond to changing environments.

• Post-secondary education with previous Part 135 experience preferred.
• Minimum of 2,000 fixed-wing flight hours.
• 250 multi-engine hours required, with turbine time desired.
• Meet instrument currency requirements listed in FAR 61.57(c) or current company instrument proficiency check.
• Possess a current Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Commercial Certificate with Multi-Engine Land and instrument rating.
• Possess a current second class medical certificate.
