Key Responsibilities
  • Repair, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment, including pumps, motors, variable speed drives, PLC, and other products
  • Install and start up equipment, and provide training to customers on its use and operation
  • Build relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service
  • Create reports on customer service calls and maintain accurate records
  • Perform duties in confined spaces and follow all company procedures
Requirements
  • Minimum two years of experience troubleshooting and repairing submersible, centrifugal pumps, and controls
  • Proficient with Microsoft office programs, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Basic knowledge of electrical controls and motors
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record
