Job Description
As a registered dietitian at DietitianLive, you will play a key role in helping us achieve our mission. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized guidance to help them achieve their goals. Your passion for motivational interviewing and ability to be charismatic on camera will make you an excellent fit for this position.

Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting hour-long video counseling sessions with clients live on camera.
• Demonstrating strong counseling skills, including motivational interviewing, leading with empathy and kindness.
• Helping clients identify their 'why' to create sustainable behavior changes.
• Upholding high standards of personal and professional integrity and ethics, practicing a high level of confidentiality.
• Completing session documentation (including notes, client communication, and follow-up messages) while on the call with your clients.
• Staying up-to-date on current nutrition topics.
• Being licensed in Minnesota and credentialed with national healthcare providers.

Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed as a registered dietitian at DietitianLive, you will need to have:

• An active RD license in one or multiple states.
• A registered dietitian credential from the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• The ability to be on camera for 6-8 hours a day and demonstrate charismatic and engaging behaviors.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional time management and computer skills.
