Breakfast Attendant

We are seeking a friendly and energetic Breakfast Attendant to join our team at Tru by Hilton Fayetteville NC. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere in the breakfast dining area.

• Greet every guest warmly and make them feel welcome.
• Set up, maintain, and break down the breakfast buffet in a timely manner.
• Keep the preparation, serving, and dining areas clean.
• Attend to guest needs and requests as necessary.
• Ensure that buffet items and coffee are continuously stocked.
• Operate all food preparation equipment in a safe manner.
• Conduct inventory and order required items.
• Label and rotate stock to ensure proper storage management.
• Clean and maintain all kitchen equipment and surfaces in a safe and sanitary manner.
• Socialize with guests to gauge their satisfaction.

• Honest, customer-focused, reliable, friendly, and a team player.
• Ability to perform duties exceptionally well with little supervision.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with guests and other employees.
• ServSafe certification a plus.
• Physical stamina due to regular bending, reaching, kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying of 25 to 30 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
