About the Role

You will oversee and work in all aspects of kitchen management, ensuring the smooth operation of our culinary department. This includes managing and working closely with other chefs, creating menu items, and determining food inventory needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Staffing the kitchen, developing menu offerings, forecasting supply needs, and estimating costs
  • Ensuring the restaurant meets all regulations, including sanitary and safety guidelines
  • Creating recipes and preparing advanced items
  • Maintaining the continued efficiency of the kitchen and production of consistent, quality food

About You

We are seeking a passionate and skilled chef who is comfortable working alone and as part of a team. You will need excellent cooking skills, the ability to stay calm under pressure, and good organizational skills. You should also have an understanding of profit margins and budgets.
