The HCM Payroll Specialist is a key member of our team at Premier Payroll Services, responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to our clients.
HCM Payroll Specialist Responsibilities:
• Ensure accurate payroll processing
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through phone and email communication
• Investigate and resolve client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve client projects and implement best practices
• Enter relevant information into the CRM system to ensure quality data and effective client retention
• Stay up-to-date on legislation impacting clients and complete required training programs to enhance system knowledge
HCM Payroll Specialist Requirements:
• Proficient in using web-based operating systems such as iSolved
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• In-office position located in Royersford, PA
• Hourly compensation commensurate with experience
