- Participate in staff and committee projects, contributing to the development of best practices and quality improvement initiatives.
- Meet productivity standards and maintain accurate records, adhering to documentation standards and policies.
- Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program.
- Current Physical Therapy Assistant license in the state of practice or eligibility for licensure by examination or reciprocity from another state.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
