Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

At HRA, we are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will provide direct and individual nursing care to assigned residents based on nursing standards and under the supervision of the Director of Resident Care (DRC).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure quality and safe delivery of health services to residents
  • Implement plan of care formulated by physician and DRC
  • Provide accurate and timely documentation of care given diagnosis or plan of care
  • Administer medication per physician order
  • Document properly on MAR

Requirements:

  • Graduated from an accredited program for LPN/LVN and is currently registered in the state of the community
  • Must obtain valid Continuing Education credits as required by the state of the community
  • Training in Alzheimer and Dementia with focus on Validation Therapy
  • Minimum of one (1) year nursing experience in a health care facility
