Key Responsibilities
  • Select and administer appropriate evaluation tools to assess patient needs and abilities.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating formal and informal tests as necessary.
  • Perform evaluations and treatments in a safe, patient-centered environment, prioritizing patient comfort, safety, and privacy.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and patient outcomes.
  • Stay current with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements, maintaining certification and licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent.
  • Licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Indiana.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, with occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
