About the Opportunity

Grifols, a leading global healthcare company, is seeking highly skilled and dedicated professionals to join its team as Plasma Donation Center Medical Specialists.

Role Overview

This role offers an exciting opportunity for medical professionals to contribute to the success of Grifols' plasma donation centers. As a Medical Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of donors, conducting physical examinations, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform thorough physical examinations to assess donor suitability
  • Establish rapport with donors to ensure overall customer satisfaction
  • Ensure confidentiality and provide education on general health and potential hazards
  • Evaluate and manage donor injuries and adverse events
  • Assist in employee training and administer Hepatitis Vaccine program
Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

  • Educated and currently certified/licensed in the state of employment and according to state requirements as a Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, Licensed Vocation Nurse, Paramedic, or EMT
  • Current CPR certification required
