  • Ability to adjust injection molding machinery to fulfill specific production requirements.
  • Strong mechanical skills for processing, mold, and equipment troubleshooting.
  • Basic computer proficiency and understanding of machinery operations.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities with a strong attention to detail.
  • Aptitude to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
  • Willingness to work various shifts in a continuous operation setting.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations, including lockout/tagout and machine guarding.
