We are seeking a dedicated Hospice Care Professional to join our team. As a Hospice Care Professional, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care to patients with terminal illnesses. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that patients receive comprehensive and individualized care.

About the Role
This full-time position involves working 40 hours per week with an 8-hour shift. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and their families, providing emotional support and practical assistance. Your expertise will help create a safe and comfortable environment for our patients to live out their remaining time.

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care and support
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans

Requirements
- A registered nurse (RN) degree or equivalent experience
