Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Hair Stylist to join our team at Supercuts in Middletown, Wallingford, and soon in Bristol. As a Stylist, you will provide exceptional guest service, understand your guests' needs, and perform services requested in an efficient and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality consultations and perform services requested.
  • Understand and meet the needs of guests.
  • Work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as closing out the system at the end of the day.

Requirements:

  • Cosmetology or barber license as required by state/provincial regulations.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Basic math skills and ability to read and write.

Physical Requirements:

  • Good eyesight to observe guests' hair, including close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
  • Ability to stand, lift, and reach for extended periods.
  • Comfortable with lifting, bending, and performing repetitive movements, occasionally lifting 10-25 lbs.

Compensation:

Starting pay ranges $25.00-$40.00 an hour.
