Job Summary

This position requires a minimum of 1+ years of experience as a Behavior Specialist and an active BCBA License/Certification in AZ.

We are looking for a highly skilled professional who can conduct functional assessments of behaviors, develop effective intervention and programming, and work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to create a positive learning environment.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and previous experience working in a school setting.

Responsibilities
  • Conducting functional assessments of behaviors to identify underlying causes and develop targeted interventions
  • Developing and implementing behavior intervention plans to improve student outcomes
  • Collaborating with teachers and other support staff to create a positive learning environment
  • Maintaining accurate records of progress and developing reports to communicate with parents and administrators
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Active BCBA License/Certification in AZ
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Behavior Specialist
  • Previous experience working in a school setting
