Avera Medical Group Nephrology/Urology Aberdeen is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Staff RN Ambulatory Care, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care in our Nephrology Clinic.
**About the Role:**
As a Staff RN Ambulatory Care, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients with various kidney-related conditions. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.
**Responsibilities:**
* Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing lab tests, and monitoring patient vital signs
* Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient needs and preferences
* Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication
* Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

**Requirements:**
* Current license from the State of South Dakota Board of Nursing
* Current CPR certification
* ACLS (advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification preferred
* 2+ years of experience in nephrology or a related field
**Work Schedule:**
* Day Shift: 48 hours every 2 weeks
* Monday - Thursday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm and Friday, 8:00 am – 12:00 pm
**Pay:**
The hourly range for this position is $39.25 per hour, dependent on experience.
**Student Loan Repayment:**
This position may be eligible for Avera's Student Loan Repayment Program, which helps you pay off your loans and save money. Each month, an extra payment of $167 (up to $10,000) from Avera will help pay down your principal balance faster.
