Key Responsibilities

  • Provide training and support to providers on Humana's policies, procedures, and systems.
  • Serve as a liaison between Humana and healthcare providers, ensuring effective communication and resolution of issues.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess provider needs and provide education and support as needed.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare policies, procedures, and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience working with healthcare providers and payers.
  • Knowledge of Humana's products and services.
