Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our team at Terrasmart, a leading provider of solar mounting systems. As a specialist in ground mount, roof mount, and custom designed specialty solar structures, you will be responsible for conducting inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs on trucks, trailers, and heavy-duty construction equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance and repairs on various vehicles and equipment.
Diagnose malfunctions and recommend solutions.
Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections.
Maintain records of work performed and parts used.
Ensure a clean, organized workspace and participate in safety meetings.
Support junior mechanics and contribute to team productivity.

Requirements:
4+ years of experience as a Diesel Equipment Mechanic.
Strong technical skills in diesel and gasoline engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical components.
Valid OSHA 10 certification and driver's license required; ASE certification preferred.
Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions and lift up to 60 lbs.
Ability to be on the road 100% of the time.
