We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Workflow Department as an intern. As a Workflow Intern, you will play a crucial role in assisting our team with system administration, troubleshooting, and data review.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with day-to-day system administration of multiple software applications
  • Monitor key activities and act on issues promptly
  • Support users in learning new processes through in-person and virtual training
  • Assist in creating user manuals and training materials
  • Collaborate with internal resources to troubleshoot and resolve issues
Requirements:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
