Primary Care Physician

At ChenMed, we're transforming healthcare for seniors and changing America's healthcare for the better. We're seeking a highly skilled Primary Care Physician to join our clinical operations team.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care and assessments in the ambulatory healthcare setting.
- Develop and implement patient management plans, including diagnosis, treatment, and health education.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient care and outcomes.
- Participate in clinical rounds and conferences to stay up-to-date on best practices and patient care strategies.
- Document patient progress and outcomes in accordance with ChenMed standards.
- MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or similar specialty.
- Current State Medical License or ability to obtain.
- Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or similar specialty (Board Eligibility required).
- Current DEA number for schedule II-V controlled substances.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AMA) or American Red Cross.
