Job Overview

Award-winning workplace seeking skilled Metal Finishing Specialist to join our team.

As a Metal Finishing Specialist, you will be responsible for grinding and polishing stainless steel components to meet customer requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement grinding and polishing plans to achieve high-quality finishes.
  • Operate grinding and polishing equipment to achieve optimal results.
  • Collaborate with welding team to ensure seamless fabrication sequencing and quality control.
  • Participate in visual work instructions development and continuous improvement activities.
  • Perform daily and ongoing preventative maintenance on tools and equipment.

Requirements:

  • 2 years previous experience polishing stainless steel.
  • Knowledge of grinding process, grinding tools, and supplies.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.

This is a safety-sensitive position.
