As a Youth Soccer Instructor, you will play a vital role in providing free soccer instruction to children in NYC parks. Salary Range: $20-$30 per hour, commensurate with experience. Compensation is competitive and reflects the importance of this role in empowering urban communities.

Key Responsibilities: Demonstrating basic soccer skills and teaching daily lesson plans, organizing groups of up to 40 children per class in an orderly and safe manner, monitoring distribution and storage of equipment, monitoring weekly attendance and maintaining accurate records of class participants, answering questions from parents and promoting whenever possible to the community.

What You Need: High school diploma required, experienced players or coaches with knowledge of soccer preferred, ability to work with diverse constituencies, exceptional communication skills and work-ethic, prior group-teaching experience preferred, willingness and ability to carry and transport sports equipment as needed, subject to background check and SafeSport training.
