Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Equipment Operator/Inventory Management Warehouse Associate to join our team at Quick Holdings LLC. As a key member of our Inventory Management department, you will be responsible for assisting in the daily flow and duties within the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Receives verbal instructions from manager and ensures proper execution of tasks.
  2. Obtains product from racking, pallets, bins, or shelves and organizes stocks and maintains inventory.
  3. Ensures proper use and safety of forklift and other equipment operations, and maintains a clean and tidy warehouse environment.
  4. Assists with unloading and receiving all incoming trucks, and ensures proper replenishment and Put Away/Dock to Stock policies.
  5. Examine incoming and outgoing shipments, and receives, unloads, and places incoming inventory items appropriately.
  6. Contributes ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures, and uses RF gun and Data entry in our Warehouse Management System.
  7. Completes any additional tasks and duties assigned by management.
Requirements
  1. Strong warehouse background and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with differing personalities.
  3. High level of energy and drive to work with the warehouse employees, and ability to adapt to change in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  4. Ability to read and write English, follow verbal instructions, and operate a forklift, pallet jack, order picker, reach truck, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
  5. Proven time management skills, with the ability to respond to time-critical issues and work overtime as needed to meet deadlines.
  6. Excellent work ethic, with the ability to work self-directed and as a flexible team player.
  7. Professional attitude and the ability to represent the company with integrity.
Work Environment

This is a Wayne, NJ based position operating out of a Warehouse environment. The work environment is indoors, with moderate noise levels. Warehouse temperatures may vary depending on outside temperatures.

Physical Demands
  • Sight: Must be able to see well enough to read product lot numbers and expiration dates, read reports, and use a computer.
  • Hearing: Must be able to hear well enough to communicate in person or via technology, and to hear warning signals of forklifts and warehouse equipment.
  • Standing: Must be able to stand for shift duration.
  • Walking: Must be able to walk without assistance to perform job duties.
  • Mobility: Must be able to be mobile to operate warehouse machinery.
  • Sitting: Must be able to sit for shift duration.
  • Stooping / Kneeling: Must be able to stoop or kneel for short periods.
  • Lifting: Must be able to lift 30 lbs. – 50 lbs.
  • Hand Mobility: Must be able to have mobility in hands to open and seal packaging, utilize keyboard functions, and utilize phone systems.
