We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Core Medical-Perm in Glen Burnie, Maryland.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality physical therapy services to patients in a fast-paced clinical setting. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with various physical therapy needs.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient goals and objectives.
- Provide hands-on therapy sessions, including exercises, stretches, and modalities as needed.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Maryland.
- Experience working in a clinical setting, preferably in a hospital or outpatient rehabilitation setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
