- Safety and Infection Control: Implement safety protocols, follow infection control procedures, and maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the nursing team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Education and Certification: High school diploma or equivalent, and a valid Colorado State Certified Nursing Assistant License.
- Experience: 3-6 months of experience in a long-term care setting, preferably in a skilled nursing facility.
- Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
- Physical Demands: Medium-heavy physical work, requiring frequent standing, walking, and lifting up to 100 pounds.
- Exposure to Infections: Exposure to blood-borne pathogens, body excretions, and communicable diseases.
- Competitive Salary: $22.75-$25.56 per hour.
