Hospitality Ambassador

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Hospitality Ambassador to join our team at St. Bernards Medical Center. As a key member of our front desk and cafe team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

About the Role: This is a safety-sensitive position that requires moderate physical effort and continuous standing or walking. You will need to interact with customers, team members, and the public effectively and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with members and guests to provide an excellent customer experience
• Manage the front desk and cafe operations to ensure optimal efficiency
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with team members
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• A minimum of three months retail or customer service experience preferred
• CPR/AED Certification required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
