Job Title: Registered Nurse - Skilled Care

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Aztec Healthcare. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents and directing nursing staff.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to work 12 hour shifts in our skilled care facility. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility and be licensed in the state of practice.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing assistants to ensure high-quality care
  • Monitor and maintain a safe and clean environment for residents
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Document resident care and progress
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an approved Registered Nurse program and licensed in the state of practice
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility
  • Current BLS/CPR certification
