General Foreperson

Job Summary:

The General Foreperson is responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of traffic signals and roadway lighting systems. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Direct and supervise crews on traffic signal installation and maintenance projects
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
• Coordinate with customers, property owners, and other stakeholders to schedule and complete work
• Manage job costs and maintain accurate records
• Participate in company training and adhere to regional safety policies

• Minimum 5 years of experience in traffic signal installation
• IMSA level 2 certification preferred
• Valid class "B" commercial driver's license (CDL) or ability to obtain within 90 days
• Ability to work long hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays
